Studi Analisis Model Project Based Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi Siswa SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (Higher Order Thinking Skills/HOTS) siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji artikel ilmiah periode 2020–2025. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar, Scopus, ERIC, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kata kunci project based learning, higher order thinking skills, dan elementary school. Berdasarkan proses seleksi menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta tahapan PRISMA, diperoleh 38 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sintesis tematik, dan perhitungan effect size untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan PjBL terhadap HOTS siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Project Based Learning secara konsisten memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, pemecahan masalah, dan kemampuan analisis siswa sekolah dasar. Sebagian besar penelitian menunjukkan kategori effect size sedang hingga tinggi yang menandakan bahwa PjBL efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa melalui proyek kontekstual dan kolaboratif. Selain itu, implementasi PjBL juga mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterampilan kolaborasi, serta pemahaman konsep secara lebih mendalam dan bermakna.
